MarketPay™ is a powerful statistical modeling system that consolidates and analyzes all your salary survey data. It provides clients with reliable and valid market value estimates for nearly all the jobs in their organization—not just benchmark jobs. Clients obtain the market value of just about any job in seconds by using our online query tool. To use MarketPay™, you don’t need to be a compensation analyst, a statistician, or even an Excel or Access wiz. It does all the work for you. No more slogging through salary surveys!

MarketPay™ is completely unique in the realm of compensation tools (U.S. Patent Number 6,587,832).

Each client accesses MarketPay™ through their own secure password-protected website. Every client’s statistical model is unique, based on the salary surveys and scope “cuts” within those surveys that best represent that client’s labor market(s). A set of administrative tools allows the client to customize the output consistent with their organization's pay philosophy and business needs.

MarketPay™ is the foundation for all of our other online products. Clients may add one or more of the following modules to their custom website….

CompAnalyzer™ allows the client easily and quickly to upload employee data to the website, where market values are calculated for every employee based on their classification and location. You may then create customized on-line reports or readily export them to an Excel spreadsheet. Again, you don’t need to have expertise with spreadsheets, databases or web page manipulation to do this reporting.

SkillClassifier™ allows HR and/or line managers to manage the classification of employees. The system’s built-in management hierarchy protocol ensures that managers have access only to employees for whom they are responsible. The system's workflow functionality allows for successive levels of approval coordinated through an e-mail notification system. No paper is involved. Everything is done on-line from anywhere and at any time. Managers find the classification system both intuitive and easy to use. This method for classifying employees provides a framework for driving other HR initiatives such as staffing, training & development, and productivity management.

SalaryPlanner™ is a fully integrated on-line salary planning system that allows the client to align individual salary actions with relevant market values and individual performance levels. The client administrator has access to a variety of tools for customizing the program to your business needs and pay philosophy. For example, you can define up to nine levels of performance, create and test increase guidelines against market rates and budgetary constraints, determine levels of approval and line management access to the various reports. Line managers log on to the system with a unique ID and password that gives them access only to those employees who report directly to them or indirectly through their subordinate managers. Through an automated e-mail notification system, managers submit performance ratings and salary increase recommendations for approval. All transactions are secured through a multi-tiered security system. E-mails are encrypted with the same technology used by banks and access to the system is restricted by user name, password, and IP address. For maximum security, the system can also be installed on your intranet.
