David Beck, Managing Director
Mr. Beck served in a variety of compensation and human resources management roles for more than a dozen years at companies such as First Bank System, Medtronic, and GTE Sprint before founding Daedalus Performance Management Systems--a precursor to compensate.com--in 1985. Since then he has helped companies in a wide range of industries design and implement compensation programs and performance management systems, while also creating the MarketPay
TM pricing system and its associated management tools. Mr. Beck holds a Masters degree in Industrial
Relations, University of Minnesota.
